Victor Rathnayaka got married

Facebook post by talented musician Lelum Ratnayake has stirred much controversy.

Lelum has said,"My father passed away on 1st of March 2017."

Lelum is the son of veteran singer - Victor Ratnayake.

The post has raised questions as to why such a post was put up when Victor is very much alive.

However, a website named aperata.net has reported that this is due to Victor getting married to a 33-year old on his 75th birthday.

The website adds that the duo had been living together in Millennium City for a few years.

It further adds that 13 years have elapsed since Victor's first wife passed away. Chandani Ratnayake Daughter of Victor Rathnayake  was passed away when she was 46 years old .
